SHIPPING + CURBSIDE PICKUP
SHIPPING | Orders ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order - unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email complete with tracking! Your package will be shipped via USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.
CURBSIDE | When placing your order, choose "Pick up" as the delivery method. Once your order is read, you'll receive an email notification. Orders take anywhere from 1-48 hours to process, depending on the date and time of your order. Upon arrival, you can come into the store to collect your order or you can call 740-446-4172 and we'll meet you at the door!

REPAIRS + RETURNS + EXCHANGES
REPAIRS | Our products all come with a lifetime guarantee, unless otherwise stated (Sample Sale). This means any defects in the construction or your bag or hardware failure will be repaired for free! If repair isn't an option, your bag will be replaced at no charge. Most repairs can be completed within one to two weeks. If you are shipping your leather goods for repair, we ask that you pay the shipping and we'll cover the cost of getting it back to you!
Repairs unrelated to production defects are possible. If you are interested in having your RCL leather goods repaired for damage caused outside of our workspace, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the damage. After reviewing your photos, we will let you know if your RCL product is repairable.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES | Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase (excluding customized products, they are not refundable/exchangeable). Leather goods must be in new condition with tags attached and the receipt.
Returns after 14 days, but before 30 days, with a receipt are given in store credit. No exchanges after 30 days.
Items with no receipt, in new condition with tags + is a current product, can be returned for store credit. A 30% restocking fee applies.
Other terms and conditions apply for seasonal colors. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
