Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase (excluding customized products, they are not refundable/exchangeable). Leather goods must be in new, unused condition.
Returns after 14 days, but before 30 days, will be in the form of a gift card.
No exchanges after 30 days.
Other terms and conditions apply for seasonal colors. Shipping costs are not refundable.
